How it works

Submitting your items

Submit your items for sale by contacting us by email or thru WhatsApp and sharing a clear image and brief description of your items (are you the first or second owner, date of purchase, country of purchase, condition).  Upon submission, a member of our team will confirm an appointment with you to visit our office and drop off your items. In special cases with items of higher value, we offer a pickup service.

Authenticity

We offer free authentication of items by our talented luxury brand experts with many years of personal luxury shopping experience and authenticated thousands of luxury items. We ensure that each and every item sold at Bella – the luxury boutique is authentic and not fake.  Once your item has been submitted,  we will verify its authenticity.  

Condition of items

Our items are currently categorized into six conditions:

  1. Brand New: Item has never been used or worn, tags and original packaging are included
  2. Like New: Item appears to be new, minor signs of use are visible. Tags have been removed, original packaging may or may not be included
  3. Excellent: Item has been used and kept in excellent condition.  Minor signs of wear may be visible.
  4. Good: Item has been visibly used and maintained well.  Signs of normal wear are visible.
  5. Used: Item has been visibly used and maintained well.  Signs wear, discoloration and/or scratches are clearly visible.
  6. Vintage: Retro item that are 10+ years old and has been used and maintained well for its age.  Signs of normal wear are visible.
Pricing
Pricing of your item will depend greatly on the condition of the item. Once the item has been authenticated and priced, an offer will be emailed to you for approval. Once you have approved the offer, please allow for five business days for the item to be professionally photography and posted on our instagram page and on www.bella.ae. 
We will keep the item for a period of three months after which we will propose an alternative offer. Should you decide not to accept the offer, you may choose to withdraw your item and arrange for collection. 
When and how do I get paid
Once your item has been sold, a notification will be sent to your email informing you of the sale along with a form to complete with your bank details. Payment will be made by direct bank transfer within 5-7 business days of receiving the completed form.

Items we accept

We sell a range of new and used luxury brand items for women and men. We currently accept handbags, wallets, fine jewelry,  watches, accessories and select footwear. We do not accept handbags, wallets, fine jewelry,  watches, accessories and select footwear that are not luxury branded and/or that are damaged and show signs of severe wear and tear.

We currently accept select Adidas footwear, Audemars Piguet, Alexander McQueen, Balenciaga, Bottega Veneta, Cartier, Celine, Chanel, Chloe, Dior, Fendi, Hermes, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Patek Philip, Prada, Rolex, Valentino and Van Cleef & Arpel.
